Sudhir has 37 years of professional experience, ranging research, primary investment in both debt and equity instruments, commercial banking and investment banking.

He is a Founding partner and the CEO of  Unaprime Investment Advisors, the Indian member firm of Cognos.

Experience

During the last 19 years he has worked on more than 120 corporate finance transactions involving, capital raise from Private Equity Funds, Banks and other institutional sources as well as host of M&As.

In the process he also has led and grown two successful start-up Investment Banks in India – Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Investec Capital India.

Prior to that, he was managing the structured finance and credit operations at Axis Bank.

Earlier at UTI he handled macro-economic research as well as primary market investment functions.

During his professional career, he has been part of many start-ups including a fintech start-up during the year 2000.

Education

Sudhir has a Post graduate degree in Economics from Sambalpur University.

Sudhir is a fitness enthusiast, foodie (rare combination!) and also, a die-hard fan of Kishore Kumar.
