Christian joined WINTERGERST Societät für Unternehmer-Beratung, one of the German member firms of Cognos, in early 2021 and since then has supported various companies in the implementation of transformative corporate finance projects.

Before, Christian worked for a major German bank for 16 years and gained experience in advising medium-sized companies in financing projects including various cross-boarder financings. During this time, he gained experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance and the financing of investments and working capital.

Education

Christian holds a Bachelor degree from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and is a Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship graduate of the University of Auckland. Furthermore, he has a Master in Strategic Corporate Management from the FOM University.

Life drives and passions

Christian is a passionate sportsman. Besides looking for exciting cross border projects, he is especially looking for the most beautiful marathons and ultramarathons in Europe.
