Rain is a Senior Vice-President of the Investment Banking Team at CIGP, the member firm of Cognos in China, based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for the execution of the Group’s Investment Banking transactions, where she advises on cross-border M&A, strategic partnership and capital raising transactions. She is also a member of the Private Opportunities investment team. Rain is fluent in English and is a native Chinese speaker.
Experience
Prior to joining CIGP, Rain worked as part of the M&A department of GF Capital. She also worked for healthcare-focused private equity investment group Ally Bridge. She is a Licensed Representative registered with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
Education
Rain is a Graduate from the University of Hong Kong, with a Master’s degree in Finance.
