Rain is a Senior Vice-President of the Investment Banking Team at CIGP, our member based in Hong-Kong, China. She is responsible for the execution of the Group’s investment banking transactions, where she advises on cross-border M&A, strategic partnership and capital raising transactions. Rain is fluent in English and is a native Chinese speaker.
Experience
Prior to joining CIGP, Rain worked as part of the M&A department of GF Capital. She also worked for healthcare-focused private equity investment group Ally Bridge. She is a Licensed Representative registered with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
Education
Rain is a Graduate from the University of Hong Kong, with a Master’s degree in Finance.
