Experience

Parin began his career with KPMG, where he worked for 2 years in Deal Advisory with a specialization in Financial Due Diligence. During his tenure, he was involved in evaluating financial performance, identifying transaction risks, and supporting clients across various M&A processes.

He subsequently worked with JP Morgan in Investment Banking, where he spent over one and a half years covering the TMT sector. In this role, he was actively involved in M&A and advisory transactions, supporting clients through transaction structuring, financial analysis, and execution.

He has been with Unaprime for over 5 years and specializes in Technology Investment Banking wherein he has closed 4 transactions and advised multiple clients in the Fintech, Financial Services, SaaS, AI & DeepTech space.

Parin has developed strong analytical capabilities, client handling skills and end-to-end transaction experience across advisory mandates.

Education

Parin is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA Level 3 candidate.

Outside of work, Parin enjoys playing football and cricket. He also has a keen interest in investing and stock markets, reflecting his strong inclination toward financial markets and long-term value creation.
