Disha is a Vice President at Unaprime Investment Advisors, the Indian member firm of Cognos.

She brings over 13 years of professional experience spanning investment banking and technology.

Experience

Disha joined Unaprime in July 2020 and leads pharmaceuticals and ingredients space.

Prior to joining Unaprime, Disha worked with Singhi Advisors for more than five and a half years. During her tenure, she was actively involved in deal execution, financial modeling, and deal structuring across multiple sectors. She gained strong exposure to transaction processes, valuation analysis, and end-to-end advisory mandates.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for around two years as a Software Developer. This experience provided her with a solid technical foundation and analytical approach, complementing her investment banking expertise.

Disha combines strong financial acumen with a technology-oriented background, enabling her to effectively support complex transaction mandates.

Education

Disha holds a PGDM from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College. She has successfully cleared all three levels of the CFA Program.

Life drives and passions

Outside of work, Disha enjoys painting and cooking, which allow her to express creativity and unwind.
