Søren is a Partner at Flair Capital ApS, the Danish member firm of Cognos.

He has 25+ years experience in International Business Development as an entrepreneur, investor, chairman and board member. He is a founding partner of Cognos Denmark, covering Scandinavian markets.

Experience

Søren has been a co-founder of AS/3 with more than 200 employees in Scandinavia. He was responsible for establishing subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, and Finland. He built many partnerships including LHH in the USA.

He has extensive experience with growth capital markets and has been an investor and chairman/board member in a number of growth companies including Hungry.com, Temponizer.dk, Mobaro.com, and MoreMusic.io.

Education

Søren holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Foreign Trade from Aarhus University.

Life drives and passions

Søren leads an active lifestyle, enjoying a variety of sports such as golf, tennis, and swimming. In his free time, he also loves sailing with family and friends, making the most of his boat and the open waters.
