Nick is a Managing Director at Lempriere Wells, the Australian member firm of Cognos. He is an experienced corporate adviser specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, divestments and general strategic advice.
He is highly motivated, disciplined and intelligent approach to managing a demanding workload with a strong team orientation.
Experience
Nick has a significant experience in complex buy-side and sell-side mandates for a range of clients including private equity, large publicly listed corporates and private companies. International transaction experience spanning the UK, Europe, USA, South America, Asia and Australia.
Before becoming Director at Lempriere Wells, in 2024, he worked for Henslow Pty for 7 years, as an Associate then as a Director.
Education
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Accounting and Finance majors at the Deakin University.
He also holds Masters of applied finance, corporate finance and wealth management from KAPLAN Australia, and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
