WIZ Group expands with the acquisition of Sterker Werkt to strengthen market position
Following the acquisition of WIZ in December 2024, Match Plan has once again supported investment network Ondernemend Kapitaal in a new transaction. As of July 2025, Sterker Werkt has become part of WIZ Group. This strategic partnership enables WIZ Group to continue its growth, with a focus on expanding and deepening its HRM services, increasing its geographic presence, and strengthening the sustainable employability of human capital.
As a one-stop-shop and all-round reintegration specialist, WIZ Group provides integrated solutions for both employers and employees from 12 locations. Due to ongoing developments, in addition to WIZ founders Jelle Vromen and Mark Kohnen, the management team of WIZ Group has been strengthened with the addition of Jeroen Wilborts as of July 2025.
Expanding the portfolio
WIZ Group represents the next step in broadening the portfolio of Ondernemend Kapitaal. Both WIZ Re-integratie & Coaching and Sterker Werkt have proven their expertise in reintegration, coaching, and HRM challenges. Ondernemend Kapitaal adds relevant knowledge and experience in strategy development, business growth, capital, and networking. The goal is to further develop WIZ Group into a stable and leading player in the southern Netherlands. The acquisition aligns well with Ondernemend Kapitaal’s existing portfolio, which is active across various sectors such as industry, business services, healthcare, and ICT.
Long-term collaboration with Match Plan

The dedicated Match Plan deal team, consisting of Niels Ansems, Phil van Mulken, Yvo Bruijn, Sven Aaldering, and Daniel Andresen oversaw both transactions with care and energy.
