Daycare Bloem and Child Center Altijd Lente join PMvP
After more than twenty years of building a strong and personal childcare organization in Amsterdam, Daycare Bloem and Child Center Altijd Lente are joining the national group PMvP. With this step, the future of five locations, 35 employees, and 105 childcare spots is secured, while the unique identity and pedagogical vision remain intact. The transaction, completed in August 2025, marks a significant expansion for PMvP, which now includes more than 40 locations across the Netherlands.
Two decades of quality and dedication
Daycare Bloem and Child Center Altijd Lente operate together under Kinderdagopvang Bloem, founded in 2003 by Gila de Winter and Ramon Rikken. Based on their vision of small-scale, home-like childcare with personal attention, they have become a trusted name in Amsterdam. Their locations stand out for high quality standards, short communication lines, and a strong pedagogical focus. Supported by a dedicated team and a pedagogical coach, the development of every child is central. After 23 years of entrepreneurship, the founders are passing the baton and making room for a new phase.
Ramon Rikken and Gila de Winter, Founders of Daycare Bloem:
“We are incredibly happy with this transaction and the acquisition by PMvP. It feels good to leave our organization in such trusted hands. We are also deeply grateful for the guidance provided by Match Plan. Their knowledge of the childcare sector truly made the difference for us. Without Match Plan – and especially Iris – we would not have been able to go through this process. Even in the more challenging moments, Iris gave us confidence by radiating calm, which we found extremely valuable.”
National group with a local identity
PMvP combines the strength of a national organization with the preservation of local identity. Organizations benefit from shared knowledge, support, and collaboration, while maintaining their own culture and pedagogical vision. For Bloem and Altijd Lente, this means continuity, reinforcement, and new development opportunities for children, parents, and staff.
Guidance by Match Plan
The sales process was fully guided by Match Plan, from the initial preparations and valuation to the negotiations and completion. The deal team, consisting of Iris Roozenburg, Arno Dielesen, and Daniel Andresen, supported Gila and Ramon throughout the entire process. The collaboration came about after Ramon learned about Match Plan’s expertise through an article in Kinderopvangtotaal.”
