Thanks to Cognos, Bitfactory, a Rotterdam-based digital agency with a team of over 50 experts specializing in custom B2B platforms, e-commerce, high-end software, apps, and innovative AI solutions, has joined the NOBEARS Group.

This acquisition allows Bitfactory to continue its growth trajectory alongside a strategic partner. Match Plan advises Bitfactory’s three shareholders throughout the sale process. Two of the three shareholders will remain actively involved in the NOBEARS Group, while the third will gradually phase out their activities.
