YFM exits Vuealta following sale to Keyrus

HMT, the UK member firm of Cognos, led by Partner Wendy Hart, Director Arthur Munro-Faure and Senior Manager Luisa Popa advised YFM on the disposal of their portfolio company Vuealta to global data and digital consulting group Keyrus.

Vuealta is a specialist provider of connected business planning and digital transformation solutions, supporting organisations to improve forecasting, decision-making and operational performance across complex business environments.
YFM invested in Vuealta in 2023 to support the business as it scaled its operations and strengthened its position within the connected planning ecosystem. During the period of investment, YFM worked alongside the management team to support international expansion, enhance operational capabilities and develop the business’s service offering to meet growing client demand.

Over this time, Vuealta continued to build its reputation as a trusted partner to organisations navigating complex planning and transformation challenges, supporting clients across a range of industries.

The sale to Keyrus represents a strategic next step for Vuealta, providing the business with access to a broader international platform and additional resources to support its continued development as part of a global consulting group.
HMT, led by Wendy Hart, Arthur Munro-Faure and Luisa Popa HMT acted as sell-side lead advisors on the transaction which included negotiating key commercial terms, supporting the business through an extensive due diligence process and project managing the deal to a successful completion.
