Cognos successfully advises The Magellim Group in its financing round, a new source of financing enabling the Group to accelerate its growth and finance part of its external growth strategy.

Created through the merger of FONCIÈRE MAGELLAN, a Real Estate & infra business asset management company, and MAGELLIM DEVELOPPEMENT, a Real Estate & infra business developer, MAGELLIM is an integrated Real Estate & infra business player.

Directed by Steven PERRON and Julien BELLEC, the MAGELLIM group has a turnover of nearly €40 million in 2020, with a team of around thirty people located in Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg and Lyon. The management company, which has been approved by the AMF since 2014, currently manages more than €1bn and specialises in investment in commercial and industrial property in the regions.

advises by DEOMENOS, the Group has raised a €10m financing line with a banking pool consisting of CAISSE D’EPARGNE and BANQUE POPULAIRE GRAND OUEST, arranged by Helia Conseil. This new source of financing will enable the Group to accelerate its growth and finance part of its external growth strategy.
