Sngular has closed an agreement to acquire 100% of three subsidiaries of the company specialized in technological training Tecnofor Global, specifically, Tecnofor Consulting, Tecnofor Training and Tecnofor Americas (based in Colombia), which, together, invoiced 11 million euros in 2023, as reported by the company to BME Growth.
