The Telma Group accelerates its growth with the acquisition of the Stratiforme Group - Compreforme

Cognos France / SOCIETEX CF has been exclusively commissioned by the shareholders of the Stratiforme-Compreforme Group to seek strategic partners willing to support the next phase of the company’s development.

Founded in 1961, the Stratiforme – Compreforme Group designs, industrialises and manufactures customised assemblies and sub-assemblies for specific applications, particularly for the railway industry (structural and bodywork components, interior fittings) and defence (specialised military equipment).

With its expertise in assembly and equipment integration, the Group has nearly 200 employees and operates three industrial sites in Europe, two in France (Bersée, Châtillon-sur-Seine) and one in Poland (Żyrardów).

Founded in 1946, the Telma Group is a French industrial player specialising in electromagnetic braking systems for heavy vehicles. Based in the Île-de-France region, it is a tier 1 supplier to major international manufacturers and equips several thousand industrial vehicles worldwide.

This marks a new chapter in the development of Stratiforme – Compreforme, which, thanks to the expertise of all its employees, has established itself as a major and innovative player in the composite industry in France. Building on shared values, the Telma Group will continue to pursue its strategy based on entrepreneurial agility and long-term investment in innovation and industrial facilities to best meet the needs of all its customers and partners.

Partners Ariel Lévy and Olivier Rémy will take on the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, respectively, of the Stratiforme – Compreforme group.
