Secher Security, a respected cybersecurity firm and one of the world’s first Cato Networks partners has been acquired by Momentum Telecom, a U.S.-based leader in providing managed services.

Flair Capital have advises the seller in the sale of Secher Security to Momentum Telecom, a U.S.-based leader in providing managed services. This transaction marks a significant milestone for Secher Security and further strengthens Momentum’s presence across the EMEA region.

Cognos Denmark acted as lead advisors on the transaction which included negotiating investment terms, and supporting the business through to a successful completion.
