NORMANDY TRANSFERTS
SOCIETEX, one of the French member firms of Cognos, exclusive advisor on the transaction, announces the sale of NORMANDY TRANSFERTS, a specialist in corporate relocations and complex transfers, to the DMAX Group, a leading player in premium removals and associated logistics services.
Founded in 2007, NORMANDY TRANSFERTS has developed a recognised expertise in the relocation of commercial, industrial and logistics sites, combining operational know-how, high quality standards and the ability to manage sensitive or highly demanding operations.
The company relies on strategic locations in Île-de-France and Normandy—notably in Angerville-la-Campagne, Douains and Évreux
—benefiting from excellent accessibility along the Paris–Deauville route.
Over the years, NORMANDY TRANSFERTS has built a loyal client base of demanding businesses and major accounts thanks to a bespoke approach, a strong service culture and comprehensive expertise in professional removals, specialised handling, storage and furniture refurbishment.
The DMAX Group, founded in 2006, is a leading national player in premium removals, corporate relocations, storage, logistics and furniture installation. With a nationwide presence through 23 branches across 10 regions, DMAX generates nearly €50 million in turnover in 2025 and employs over 400 staff.
This acquisition forms part of the DMAX Group’s development strategy, which aims to strengthen its regional network and its capacity to handle highly complex projects.
DMAX offers an integrated service covering the entire value chain and specialises in complex operations: relocations of head offices, industrial sites, data centres, laboratories, heavy and oversized handling, sensitive relocations (valuables, works of art), storage and furniture storage. The Group is also triple-certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, attesting to its high standards in terms of quality, the environment and safety.
