Through this acquisition and future strategic partnership with Funke Digital, which is one of Germanys largest media houses, this will allow the company to leverage advanced ad tech infrastructure, audience data, and cross-border media inventory. The business has a proven ability to scale digital revenue across both owned and third-party platforms.

Flair Capital, led by Partner Søren Christiansen and Jakob Fuhr Hansen acted as lead advisors on the transaction which included running a competitive process to identify suitable investment partners, negotiating investment terms, and supporting the business through to a successful completion.
