About Kinderdagverblijf Stip & Stap

Kinderdagverblijf Stip & Stap is active in childcare and is located in the municipality of Beneden-Leeuwen (Gelderland). Stip & Stap provides both day care for children aged 0 to 4 years in three horizontal groups and out-of-school care for children aged 4-13 years in two groups. The daycare currently has 43 child places and the BSO has 32 child places. It is characterised by flexible childcare contracts with clients. The core values of Stip & Stap are mainly the cosy and homely style of furnishing, renovated outdoor space and a very close-knit team with a customer-friendly approach.

About KION

KION (Stichting Kinderopvang Nijmegen) is an organisation that provides childcare for 10,000 children at over 180 locations in Nijmegen and surrounding municipalities. It offers a wide and diverse range of daycare, pre-school groups and out-of-school care. KION has 1,200 employees who are committed to the development of children aged 0-12. Children develop playfully, together in a group, with expert and committed staff, challenging playing material and a rich environment. As a result, children learn to relate well to themselves, others and the world around them.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan assisted and advises Kinderdagverblijf Stip & Stap throughout the process. Among other things, we helped prepare a valuation of the business and supervised the entire sales process. This included drafting the information memorandum, approaching parties, supervising the due diligence to drafting the transaction documentation at the notary.
