Strong position in the social domain with nationwide impact
Innovatie nul13 originated from a collaboration between Koen Kock and Sebastiaan Baauw, who combined their expertise in childcare, data and municipal challenges during the harmonisation of preschool services. Following the later addition of Janine Boekelder, the organisation developed into a specialist knowledge partner for municipalities.
Since its establishment in 2015, Innovatie nul13 has grown to support more than 130 municipalities with data analysis, monitoring and practical advice within the social domain. The organisation helps municipalities gain insight into and strengthen connections between stakeholders across the value chain, including education, childcare and youth care providers.
