Cognos Spain advises Hincado Directo shareholders on corporate transaction

Seabird Capital, one of the Spanish member firms of Cognos Global Partners, has advised the shareholders of Hincado Directo on the successful completion of a corporate transaction.

Seabird Capital (Cognos Spain) acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Hincado Directo, supporting them throughout the transaction process and guiding the deal to a successful close. The mandate reflects Seabird Capital’s continued strength in advising shareholders on mid-market corporate and M&A transactions in Spain.

The transaction was completed in close collaboration with Martínez-Echevarría Lawyers, with Seabird Capital working alongside Óscar Murillo Sanz and his team to ensure a smooth and efficient process. The deal highlights the importance of strong coordination between financial and legal advisors in achieving optimal outcomes for clients.
