Founded in 1984 by Peter Hilton, Hilton Coachworks is the UK’s largest independent manufacturer-approved repair centre. Hilton have built their reputation on meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering dedication that exceeds expectations.

Having repaired over 250,000 vehicles, Hilton Coachworks have unrivalled expertise in quickly and efficiently undertaking accident repair work to manufacturer-approved standards.

The Cognos UK team acted as sell-side lead advisor on the transaction which included identifying the right investment partners, negotiating detailed terms, supporting the business through an extensive due diligence process and project managing the deal to a successful completion.
