GT Ventilation & GT Production join ClimaNext, DELLEN’s climate engineering division.
Based in Hauts-de-France, GT Ventilation and GT Production (GT Group) offer complementary expertise in industrial ventilation and air treatment:
– GT Ventilation installs all types of ducts and connects air handling units (AHUs), extractors, smoke extraction systems and CMVs. The company also carries out thermal insulation work
– GT Production specialises in the manufacture of rectangular ducts, fittings and various accessories
The Group, which has around 30 employees, achieved aggregate turnover of €6.3 million as at 30/06/2025.
After creating and developing the Group for nearly seven years, the shareholders wanted to join forces with an industrial player capable of sustaining the business while preserving its family DNA and entrepreneurial spirit.
The two companies are thus joining DELLEN’s Climate Engineering division, which was particularly attracted by the GT Group’s reputation and expertise, its organisation and its prospects for development, both through geographical expansion and through commercial synergies between the Group and the subsidiaries of ClimaNext.

Its family DNA is based on independence, long-term thinking and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. DELLEN has a total turnover of more than €900 million across ten business units in various sectors of industry, business services and B2B distribution.
ClimaNext (owner of JV Services, Jacky Marie, LF Groupe, JP2M, Techni Chauffage, Klymeo, Michel Glen, SL Thermique and APB) specialises in the installation and maintenance of heating and air conditioning equipment (turnover of €70 million).
