Georgia Jet has Completed the Sale of its Jet Charter and MRO Businesses thanks to Cognos USA

Westbury Group LLC, the US member firm of Cognos Global Partners, is proud to have advised Georgia Jet LLC on the sale of its Air Ambulance, Part 135 Jet Charter, and Part 145 MRO operations, based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. 

Georgia Jet has been a longstanding client of Westbury Group. Westbury previously advised the Company on the sale of its Air Ambulance business (2019) and subsequently continued to advise on the ultimate sales of its Part 135 Jet Charter and Part 145 MRO businesses. 

Founded in the mid-1980s and operating from Gwinnett County Airport (LZU), Georgia Jet has built a reputation for delivering time-sensitive, high-trust aviation services for customers across the Southeast and beyond.
