Fernandez y Canivell SA

Boltendahl International Partners was hired as exclusive Financial Advisor to Fernandez y Canivell SA for its divestment of its iconic “Ceregumil” healthcare brand and other assets to the pharmaceutical group Uriach in Spain.

The Buyer, Uriach, is a Spain-based family-owned pharmaceutical group that closed 2019 with revenue of EUR 228m, 16% more than the previous year, and an EBITDA of EUR 46m. The pharmaceutical company expects turnover of EUR 300m in 2022.
