Cognos France has been exclusively commissioned by the shareholders of Everlink Services to seek strategic partners willing to support the company's next phase of development.

Founded in 2014 by Salvatore MURA, Everlink Services is a B2B telecom operator providing telecommunications, cloud and IT services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Everlink Services offers an integrated solution covering all aspects of digital transformation, based on six pillars: internet connection, IT networks, telecoms, hosting, IT outsourcing and cybersecurity.

The company has more than 500 customers from a variety of sectors (luxury goods, real estate, insurance, distribution, consulting), mainly located in the Île-de-France region.

Everlink Services has a team of more than 20 employees. Its agile organisation and proven responsiveness enable it to ensure strong customer retention and cross-selling development.

As part of the competitive process led by Cognos France, the Inherent Group quickly established itself as a compatible and relevant partner to ensure the company’s next phase of development.

By integrating Everlink Services, the Inherent Group continues to consolidate its position in the IT and telecoms services market (4th largest operator in France) and strengthens its presence in the Île-de-France region, a strategic territory for its development in the SME segment. With its offering based on four operational brands (Adista, Unyc, Devensys and Upper-Link), Inherent generated more than €300 million in revenue in 2024, supported by 1,300 employees working in 40 branches.

Backed since 2021 by the investment fund Keensight Capital, Inherent has since embarked on a particularly active external growth strategy with a strong regional focus.
