Etablissements HANNY, a long-established family business specialising in the construction of commercial buildings in Paris area, joins the EJ Group.
Founded in 1934 and based in Melun (77), HANNY is a family business specialising in structural work, the prefabrication of reinforced concrete elements and asbestos removal.
The company works in the Île-de-France region with public and private clients, providing structural work only, all trades (TCE) or design and build services. Taken over in 2003 by Loïc and Gilles HANNY, grandsons of the founder, the company
has successfully restructured and developed its business in the tertiary sector.
HANNY specialises in the construction of healthcare facilities
HANNY builds healthcare facilities (imaging centres, health centres, hospitals, clinics), educational establishments (secondary schools, sixth form colleges), commercial premises and specific technical structures (hospital clean rooms, P.S.E.M., etc.).
Today, backed by a solid organisation and recognised expertise in the tertiary sector, HANNY employs more than 120 people and has a turnover of around €40 million.
Based in Le Mans, the EJ Group has nearly 550 employees and 11 subsidiaries covering all areas of the construction industry, from structural work to finishing work. With a turnover of more than €120 million, it relies in particular on recognised entities such as Sadrin Rapin, Le Batimans, Préfa Béton 72, Delaboudinière, DLB Couverture and Divaré.
The integration of Établissements HANNY will enable the EJ Group to consolidate its expertise in structural work, particularly in the Paris region, to access major client markets and to expand its capabilities in order to better meet the needs of its customers and partners.
