Lempriere Wells, the Austalian member firm of Cognos, is pleased to announce that Wentronic Group (“Wentronic”) has acquired an 80% stake in Cygnett Pty Ltd (“Cygnett”). Lempriere Wells acted as sell-side adviser to the shareholders of Cygnett on the transaction.
