BSO Wijs!

Match Plan, the Dutch member firms of Cognos, assists BSO Wijs! with its sale to Kids Lodge.

Match Plan has had the honour of assisting the shareholders of BSO Wijs! in the sale of 100% of its shares. This to its new owner Kids Lodge, with Holland Capital as investment company behind it since September 2021.

About BSO Wijs!

BSO Wijs! was founded in 2011 and offers ‘BuitenSpeelOpvang’ for children aged 4 – 12. It has 10 locations in the Utrecht region and allows over 670 children to play outside. The starting point of BSO Wijs! is that children can play outside all year round. This unique concept gives children all the responsibility and freedom that helps them challenge and develop themselves. Children’s coordination and motor skills are developed during play and the social aspect also plays a major role. The vision of BSO Wijs! is that playing outside is good for children; children learn new things while playing and become physically and socially stronger.
