Egripment joins Broadcast Solutions in international deal
With the sale of Egripment to Broadcast Solutions, a new chapter begins for the Dutch specialist in camera support. The transaction, completed in September 2025, marks an international expansion: the German Broadcast Solutions is one of the largest media integration companies in Europe. Through this step, Egripment enters a strategic partnership that broadens its global reach. CEO Philippe Tresfon, CFO Caroline Tresfon, and other key figures will remain involved with the company, with Philippe continuing as Managing Director.
Half a century of innovation and craftsmanship
For nearly fifty years, Egripment has been a leading manufacturer and rental provider of high-end camera support systems such as cranes, dollies, and remote heads. With its own design and production capabilities, the company delivers custom solutions worldwide for television, film, and live events. The international rental division, operating from Amsterdam and Cologne, will continue under the Egripment brand and merge with Birds Camera Solutions, part of Broadcast Solutions, creating a comprehensive rental portfolio.

Global reach and joint growth
Through this acquisition, Broadcast Solutions strengthens its position as a global provider of complete production systems. The German company ranks among Europe’s largest media integration groups and serves prominent clients, including Mediatec. With 14 international offices, Broadcast Solutions serves customers across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Following the acquisition, Egripment will now be represented through this global network, providing clients direct access to its products, services, and support.

Match Plan as advisor to the sellers
