Strategic acquisition of the French-industrial-handle specialist by the Fenwick family group

We are pleased to announce that BOUTET, the French leader in the manufacture of industrial handles and distributor of key German brands in the sector, has been sold to the FENWICK Group.

Founded in 1925, BOUTET has distinguished itself through its deep R&D commitment and an exceptionally broad product range spanning clamping knobs, pull handles, safety-handles and more. 

The transaction marks a significant step for both parties: for BOUTET, this is an opportunity to benefit from FENWICK’s broader industrial platform, leveraging scale and international reach; for FENWICK, it gains entry into the niche, high-precision industrial hardware market via one of its most respected players in France. BOUTET’s reputation in sectors with demanding standards,  including aerospace, robotics, medical equipment and beyond, positions it as a strategic addition to FENWICK’s growth ambitions.
