Cognos Spain has advised the shareholders of Benefit Brokers on the sale of the company to SABSEG Group.

Seabird Capital (Cognos Spain) acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Benefit Brokers, supporting Carlos Domínguez Ruiz and Federico Vizcayno De Barutell throughout the sale of the business to SABSEG Group, one of the leading independent insurance brokerage groups in the Iberian market.

The transaction marks an important milestone for Benefit Brokers and represents another strategic acquisition for SABSEG Group, further strengthening its position and capabilities within the insurance and employee benefits sector.
