Societex acted as exclusive adviser to the shareholders of ASHUB PROPRETÉ in connection with their merger with NSI Groupe.

Societex, exclusive adviser to the transaction, announces the completion of the sale of ASHUB PROPRETÉ, a French company specialising in the cleaning of sports halls, to the NSI Group.

Founded in 2021 and based in Créteil (Île-de-France), ASHUB PROPRETÉ has quickly established itself as a recognised player in the professional cleaning sector thanks to its high operational standards.

ASHUB PROPRETÉ supports both independent sports clubs and multi-site fitness chains with solutions tailored to their operational challenges.

Now positioned as a true operational partner, ASHUB PROPRETÉ operates throughout France, employs over 270 staff and generates around €6 million in turnover.

Founded in 2011 in Bruay-sur-l’Escaut, NSI Groupe is a French cleaning and multi services group, with a network of 25 branches across France. The Group offers routine cleaning services to business clients, primarily in the service and industrial sectors.

The integration of ASHUB PROPRETÉ into NSI Groupe strengthens the Group’s operational expertise, enables it to attract additional clients and expand its geographical coverage in France, with new branches in Nantes and Grenoble, whilst consolidating its positions in the South-East, the South-West and Île-de-France.
