Cognos France has supported the successful business transition of APSIA, now operating as Sharp DX France, marking a new chapter in the company’s development.

Cognos France is proud to have advised Alexander Hermann by introducing him to Christophe Dumoulin and Olivier Massonnat, who have successfully completed the transfer of the business. As a result of this transaction, APSIA has become Sharp DX France (ex-APSIA), representing a key milestone in the company’s strategic evolution and growth in the digital transformation space.

The project was initially mandated to Cognos France in 2021, and stands as a strong illustration of the power and reach of the Cognos Global Partners international network.

Cognos France’s role focused on identifying relevant strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the client’s long-term objectives, as well as supporting the process through its early stages. At the appropriate time, and in line with the client’s readiness, Cognos successfully facilitated a smooth handover, enabling the parties to complete the transaction autonomously.
