The Australian skincare brand Alpha-H, known for its ‘Liquid Gold’ exfoliant and global retail presence, reported annual revenues of around AUD 20 million at the time of sale. The buyer, Vita Green, a prominent Asian health and wellness group, will deploy its regional infrastructure to accelerate Alpha-H’s expansion across Asia, while preserving the brand’s creative independence. On the Australian side, boutique investment bank Lempriere Wells acted as the exclusive advisor to Alpha-H in the sale process.
