Match Plan, the Dutch member firm of Cognos, assists Alles Kids with a management buyout

Match Plan had the opportunity to assist shareholder Mirelle Kessels of Alles Kids children’s centre with the partial sale of her shares to her associate through a management buy-out. In a management buy-out, one or more members of the incumbent management take over the company.

About Alles Kids children’s centre

Alles Kids is a children’s centre located in Ospel, Limburg. It is a small-scale, committed and independent children’s centre offering care for children aged between 0 and 13 years. The children’s centre consists of a group for day care, a toddler programme and a BSO. At Alles Kids, the VVE (early childhood education) method Uk & Puk is used. This is a way of working within childcare that deliberately stimulates children’s different areas of development through play and activities. The aim of the method is to prepare children for primary school and to identify and reduce any (language) deficits in good time.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan assisted Mirelle Kessels of children’s centre Alles Kids throughout the process of transferring her shares to her partner. As such, we described the company’s activities, carried out a high-level valuation according to the DCF method, and prepared an analysis of risk aspects.
